Question - How long will it take for my handles to arrive?
We have four options for shipping and Handling.
They are;

Economy Air - Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery

Standard Air - Allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery

Express Air - Allow 5 - 7 days for delivery

DHL Express - Allow 3 - 4 days for delivery

You will have the option of selecting the speed of your delivery when you check out. The cost will be added to your order.

Question - What currency do you accept?


Answer - The prices listed are in $US Dollars.

Question - Do you guarantee your handles?

Answer - Yes we do. We check every handle before it is sent to ensure it is shipped in perfect condition. If the handle arrives and it is damaged we will replace it.

Question - What if the handle is not what I expected?

Answer - We guarantee that if you’re not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply send it back to us in original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund including initial postage. Click Here for complete return instructions and shipment details.


Question - Where do you deliver to?

We mainly ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. We will gladly ship anywhere else just email us Click Here and we will organise it.

Question - How much is shipping?

Answer - Shipping cost depends on the weight. The handles vary in weight from 7 3/4 oz (250 grams) to 169 oz (5.5 kg). When you check out, the delivery cost will be worked out for you, and shown as a seperate item.

Question - How do the handles fix onto the doors?

Answer - We have a page that goes into detail on attaching handles to doors.
You can find it on the Handle Mounting Instructions page.

Question - Do the handles come in Left and Right hand side for double doors?

Answer - Yes. The Amman, Vine, Barcelona, Sizzle and Swerve are available in left or right handed versions.

When ordering one of these handles for a single door please specify which side you need.

When ordering two handles we always send one of each unless otherwise specified. All the other handles are reversible, which means they will work on either side of the door.


Question - Are the prices quoted for a single or a pair of Handles?

Answer - Prices quoted are for a single handle including mounting options.
Back to back pairs are double the price quoted for a single handle.
