Roller Lock

The roller lock operates without needing to use a lever to open the door. It allows you open and close your door by pulling and pushing your new Door Pull Handle.

The image show the Roller Lock installed on a single door and a pair of double doors. You can see how the effect of the pull handles is enhanced by absence of unnecessary hardware. Because the roller lock is mortised into the door, all that is visible is the cylinder for the lock and the escutcheon.

The Roller Lock is available in 1,9/16 inches and 2,3/8 inches, back-set depending on the width of the stile of the door.

The back-set is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the cylinder where the key is inserted.

The stile of the door is the vertical piece of timber which forms part of the perimeter of the door. Typically, the stile is between 3,1/2 inches and 6 inches.
