What to Expect When You Work at The Blue Space

Balance For Life

  • Flexible, part-time and remote working options.
  • Ability to purchase additional leave without pay.
  • Parental Leave Policy:
    • Additional paid parental leave when you've been with The Blue Space for more than 12 months.
    • If you are a primary carer, we'll pay the gap between your salary and the government's paid parental leave scheme.
    • Once off return-to-work bonus of 2 weeks' pay.
    • If you are a secondary carer, we'll pay the gap between your salary and the government's paid parental leave scheme, which is 10 days.
